Michael Adamow

Michael Adamow, 22, of Frankfort, Illinois, passed away on September 21, 2024. He was born on March 3, 2002 to, and is survived by, parents Albert and Sherry Adamow and sister Lauren Adamow. He is also survived by grandparents, John Paul and Barbara Wortel, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and sweetheart, Nina Lemaster. He is predeceased by grandparents, Carl and Joesphine Adamow, Aunt Kathleen Adamow, as well as his four-legged friend Millie.
Michael attended high school at Lincoln-Way East, earned his associate’s degree in business from Joliet Junior College, and had been a semester short of his bachelor’s degree in financial accounting from Illinois State University.
Though Michael’s time was cut tragically short, he will always be remembered as a loving and kind person to all. He was a retired saxophone player who spent his time toying around with computers, gaming, and pursuing his studies. He loved his family and friends fiercely and worked hard to accomplish his dreams. He will be deeply missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Visitation will be held at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Orland Park, Illinois on Friday, September 27th from 3-8pm. 15525 S. 73rd Ave.
A Mass will also be held in remembrance of Michael on Saturday, September 28th at 10 am at Saint Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort, Illinois. 7659 Sauk Trail. There will be a luncheon to follow.
