Meghan K. Radavich, nee Sears, age 37, passed away on April 12, 2018. Beloved wife of Paul C. Radavich. Loving mother of Hailey Joi. Devoted daughter of Charles and Margaret "Peggy" Sears. Cherished sister of Joani (Mike) Ramos, Tricia (Bill) O'Connor, Tara (Guy) Carbray, Charlotte (Michael) Sacks and the late Joi Lonergan. Dear granddaughter of Evelyn Meacham. Dearest daughter-in-law of Ewald and Jeanette "Penny" Radavich. Fond sister-in-law of Natalie (fiancé Tim Russ) Markham and David (Colleen) Radavich. Loving aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend of many. Faithful companion of her dog Max and her two birds Jake and Tiki.

Visitation Friday, April 20, 2018 from 3-9 PM. Funeral Service Saturday, April 21, 2018, 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, Illinois. Interment private.
