Mary R. Dunn, Age 96, passed away peacefully at home on July 7, 2016.  Beloved wife of the late Richard J. Dunn Sr.; cherished mother of Mary Beth (late William) Moore, Eileen Ruhl, Eleanor Prunckle, Richard J. Dunn Jr., Terri (Bob) Lindberg, Pat (fiancée, Alan Knittel) Haseltine and Kathy Taube. Loving grandmother of 32, great-grandmother of 24 and great-great-grandmother of one. Survived by one brother, Tom (late Nancy) Rowland and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her infant son Gerard and by her parents, Edwin W. and Idella (nee Marketak) Rowland and her siblings, Loretta (John) Zander, Eleanor (Orv) Graf, Adele (Tutor) Farmer, Alice (Bill) Cullina, Margaret (Paul) Gendron and John (Georgina) Rowland.

Visitation Wednesday 3-9pm. Funeral Thursday  9:45am from the Maher Funeral Home 7051 W. 171st St. to St. Margaret of Scotland Church, (9837 S Throop St. Chicago) for Mass at 11:00 am.

Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Mass offerings at St. Margaret of Scotland Church in her memory, where Mary has been an active parishioner for the past 60 years, would be appreciated. For info: (708) 781-9212.
