Mary A. Ban, (nee Ksiazek), age 82, late of Orland Park, passed away September 28, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Fred M. Ban. Loving mother of Fred A. (Joann) Ban and James E. Ban. Cherished grandmother of Martin, Devan and Ian. Devoted great grandmother of the late Ryan James. Dear sister of Theresa Olszewski and Aloysius (Rose) Ksiazek. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by 3 brothers and a sister.

Visitation Sunday, October 1, 2017, 2-8 p.m. Funeral services Monday, October 2, 2017 10 a.m. from Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Avenue (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL to St. Michael Church. Mass 10:45am. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials made to the Lurie Children’s Hospital in Ryan James honor would be appreciated.
