Marin Mladinic

Marin Mladinic, age 90, born in Split, Croatia. A faithful husband of Carol Ann (Van Laten) for 58 years, who preceded him in death. He is survived by and was father to Krizan Mladinic and grandfather to William Ross, Jovan Mladinic, Melissa Colonna, and Kimberly Mladinic. He was also a great-grandfather, brother to Iskra, and dear uncle to many. He was preceded in death by his brother Zdenko.

He was a retired engineer from Local 399.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr.) Orland Park, IL. A live-stream of Marin's Funeral Service will be available. The link is posted below.

Entombment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Chicago, IL.
