Marie G. (Nee Johnson) Mccarthy

Marie G. McCarthy, late of Tinley Park, at the Strive Center for Rehabilitation on July 28th. Devoted mother of Brian, mother-in-law of Kelly Cascio (McCarthy). Loving grandmother of Fallyn.  Cherished sister of Lawrence "Larry" Johnson, Mary McCullough and William "Bill" Johnson. Loving sister-in-law of Marty Johnson. Dear aunt of Kevin McCullough, Robert McCullough, Mary Margaret McCullough, Kate Strauss, and Amy Johnson. Marie graduated from Fenger High School and soon after, began her career at Oak Forest Hospital in the medical records department until her retirement in 1993. Marie shared many fond memories with her numerous circle of friends, and was a proud member of a local Red Hat chapter.

Visitation Thursday, August 19, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with Memorial Service that morning at 11:00 a.m. at the Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois 60647, Tel: (708) 781-9212. Father John "Jack" Sullivan, officiating.
