Marie M. McLain, a strong-willed, patriotic, feisty but sweet woman, passed away on August 19, 2016 at the age of 93. “Mama” Marie will be missed by her children Sharon (Rich) Clayton, Gail (Tom) Harris and Jack (Sue) McLain. She was filled with pride of ALL of her family. She had a huge heart and was a wonderful, sassy, vivacious Grandma of Bryan Clayton, Randy Clayton, Jennifer (Chris) Froemel, Melissa Harris, Bob (Christina) Harris, Tommy (Kelly) Harris, David Harris, and Nicole McLain. She was also a fun-loving “G.G.” (Great-Grandma) to J.T., Rowan, Abby, Raquel, Emmett, Ryan, Nate, and Hayden. Cherished sister of Elsie (Carlas) Schultz. Even at the age of 93 she was full of spirit and spunk, and brought love, music, joy, and plenty of laughter to our lives! She will be greatly missed, but will be forever in our hearts!

A memorial visitation to share and celebrate Marie’s life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. to be followed by a memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel located at 15525 S. 73rd Avenue, Orland Park, IL 60462.
