Marge Hanson

Marge Hanson, nee Swanson, age 83, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on September 28, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Dean Hanson (1991). Loving mother of Sandra (Michael) Soraghan, Debra (Dale) Richter and Daniel (Carol) Hanson. Cherished grandmother of Patrick Soraghan, Katie Soraghan, Ryan Richter and Joseph Richter. Dear sister of Edward (Kathy) Swanson and the late Donna (Denny) Dillon.

Marge was born in Chicago, IL and permanently resided with her daughter in Frankfort, IL for the past 28 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and provided unconditional love and support. Marge was generous and adored by all that knew her. Before retirement, Marge was a beloved secretary who devoted much of her time to serve the community; sharing positivity and optimism through her day-to-day interactions with others. She brightened the lives of many and was a loving mother/grandmother to the end. Marge's legacy of love lives on through the many memories that were created with her family and close friends. Marge passed on her wedding anniversary and was reunited with her husband Dean in paradise. She will be remembered forever in our hearts.
