Marcia Dykstra

Marcia R. Dykstra, nee Pelaske, age 74, beloved wife for 51 years to John H. Dykstra. Loving mother of Michelle (Chuck) Dahl and Kristen (Jonathan) Salwierak. Cherished grandmother of Logan, Ashlynn, Tristan and Isabella. Dearest sister of the late Geri (late Jerry) Grzan. Dear sister-in-law of Roger (Jane) Dykstra, Karen (late Siebe) Sluis and the late William Dykstra. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Marcia cherished her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy. She was a dedicated nurse at Palos Community Hospital, retiring after many years of service.

Visitation Monday, September 30, 2024 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment Orland Memorial Park Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
