Danny R. Carbol, Lieut. C.F.D., age 56, taken from us suddenly and now at home with his earthly and heavenly fathers. Beloved husband and best friend for 33 years to Martha, nee Tijerino. Loving father of Kristian USAF, Justin, Jordan US Army and the late Kory Brooke. Devoted son of Esther Mae (nee Sword) and the late Douglas O., Ret. C.F.D. Dear brother of Debra (Pastor Bob) Lee and Douglas J., Ret. C.F.D. (Stacy). Fond son-in-law of Gustavo Tijerino and Vicky Tijerino. Dear brother-in-law of Gustavo Jr. (Sylvia) Tijerino and Linda (Matt) Wilson. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews. He will also truly be missed by his second family at the Chicago Fire Department, especially his brothers of Engine 15 and Engine 47. Served proudly as a Chicago Firefighter for 31 years. Member of Union Local 2.
