Lillian K. "Kay" Waszak, nee Lenzini, age 81, passed away on February 26, 2025. Beloved mother of Tracy (William) Sampognaro and Bonnie (late Kevin) Krueger and the late Richie Mrskos. Cherished grandmother of Stephanie (Brian) Striggow, Douglas (Rebecca) Sampognaro, Eric (Heather) Sampognaro, Kathleen Mrskos and James Millsaps. Dearest great-grandmother of Seth, Luke, Gianna, Dominic, Isabella, Anthony, Elizabeth, Paige and Abigail. Dear sister of David (late Linda) Downs and the late Bobby Lenzini. Special aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Friday, March 7, 2025 from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Service Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment First Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Alsip, IL.
