Leon Newborn, age 95, WWII US Navy Veteran. Beloved husband of Vivian (Brady) Newborn. Loving father of Darryl (LaVerne) Farmer, Christopher Newborn, and the late Steven (Yvonne) Farmer. Cherished grandfather of Dawn, Anton, LaVette, Darryl II, Nicole, and Brian. Dearest great-grandfather of Hunter, Hudson; Tealia, Sebastian, Awysten, Ava; Bruce, Amaré, Elijah, Zion, Joshua, and Nyomi.
Leon was a great provider, leader, and very respected in the community. He retired with Presidential Honors from the Internal Revenue Service. He and his wife were world travelers and he enjoyed the game of golf.
