Lavonne Sekulich

LaVonne M. Sekulich, beloved wife and mother, passed away peacefully in her home in Orland Park, Illinois on December 15, 2024. She was born to Joseph Peter and Kathryn Kimmes. LaVonne was the devoted wife of John A. Sekulich who preceded her in death. She was the cherished mother of Dr. Kim Sekulich.

LaVonne had been a kindergarten teacher and touched many lives. She had a deep faith in God and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. LaVonne is survived by her daughter, Dr. Kim Sekulich; her sister-in-law, Kay Durst; and many nieces and nephews. LaVonne will be forever in our hearts.

Services will be private and officiated by Fr. Artur Sowa, Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Church.
