Laurelyn (Nee Freix) Pelke

Mrs. Laurelyn Pelke (nee Freix), 73, after an illness.  Cherished daughter of the late Charles and Bette Louise. Beloved wife of Herbert "Ron" Pelke.  Loving mother of Ronald (Donna), the late Kristin, Heidi (Thomas) and Michael.  Devoted sister of  Greg (Kathy), Roxanne, Steve (the late Sandy) and Lana.  Fond Grandmother of Justin Pelke.  She had a deep faith in God, and was known for her unselfish acts of caretaking for the infirm and sick.  Her priority in life was being devoted to the needs of her family, but took an interest in politics, was an avid reader and loved to go shopping. Memorial Service Saturday, April 30th, 3-6pm, Pastor Jamie Deuser, officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mrs. Pelke's name to the Wounded Warrior Project (she donated monthly) greatly appreciated.
