A Memorial Service will be held at CrossWinds Church 10835 S. Pulaski Road, Chicago, IL 60655 on Sunday, December 16, 2018. Memorial Visitation from 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. with the Service at 3:30 p.m.
