Passed away peacefully at home on February 17, 2016. Born January 31, 1941, to Walter and Virginia, Ken is survived by his loving wife Patricia (nee Connors), his children Kelly (Tony) Rivera, Ken (Nora) Gruenberg, and grandchildren, Antonio, Presley,
Kenny and Avery. Devoted parishioner of St. George Church of Tinley Park. Lifetime member of VFW Bremen Post 2791, Tinley Park, and a great friend to many, Ken’s wit and wisdom will be missed by all who knew him.
His life will be celebrated at Maher Funeral Home, 7051 W. 171st St, Tinley Park on Sunday, February 21st from 3 - 9 p.m. Family and friends to gather Monday February 22nd at Saint George Church (6707 W. 175th St.) for Mass at 10:00 a.m.
Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the VITAS Healthcare (8525 W. 183rd St Tinley Park IL. 60487) would be appreciated.
