Dr. Kathleen M. Collins (Mazzone), age 62, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on November 6, 2021. Beloved wife for 37 years to Cliff Mazzone. Loving mother of Ryan (Kim) Mazzone and Nick Mazzone. Precious daughter of Ellen and the late William Collins. Dearest sister of Bill (fiancée Kathy) Collins, Nancy Collins, and Carol (David) Watts. Dear sister-in-law of Debbie (Larry) Paha, Michele (Albert) Kiela, and the late Gary Mazzone. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Dedicated and loved Family Practice and Emergency Medicine Doctor for over 30 years. For the past 17 years she was devoted in her life's work to serving her patients at Optimal Health Solutions in Naperville, IL.

Visitation Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 3-9PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Funeral Service Thursday, November 11, 2021, 10:30AM at First Congregational Church of Downers Grove 1047 Curtiss, Downers Grove, IL. Interment private.
