Karen A. (Luth) Gangwer

Karen A. Gangwer, 67, (suddenly) of Oak Forest, passed away Friday, November 8th at South Suburban Hospital. Loving mother of; Brian Luth (Connie), Katherine Gangwer, step-son Billy Leach, the late Jackie and the late Christina. Beloved daughter of her late parents John Luth and Catherine (nee Jeffords). Devoted sister of; Donna (late Steve) Barkley, John Luth (Iris), the late Thomas Luth, Ronald Luth (Diane), the late Joseph Luth (Natalie) and Raymond Luth (Trish).  Fond grandmother of Jackson Luth, Elija Marin and Austin Atkins. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Karen loved making friends and especially her co-workers at Ashford House and Winston's Market. She loved to cook and made excellent stew, stuffing and chicken enchiladas. Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 16th, 2024 from 12:00 - 6pm at the Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Ave., Tinley Park, Il.  Interment private.
