Dearest sister of Donald (Diana) Howley, Roberta Schilling, Mark (Brittany) Bush, Deborah (Steve) Cancialosi, Valerie (Brian) Witt, James (Robin) Bush, Jeffrey (Joanne) Bush, Dennis (Jeanette) Howley, Jeff (Danielle) Howley and Kim (Rob) Brennan. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friend and former wife of Briant Novicki.
Julie was a dedicated neurodiagnostic technician at Advocate Christ Hospital.
