Joseph Pipolo, age 92, of Orland Park, IL. Retired Chicago Police Officer. Beloved husband of Roslyn nee Gargano for 68 years. Loving father of Jim (Mary) Pipolo, Joe (Tonya) Pipolo and Joanne (Rick) Belber. Proud grandfather of Meghan (Tony) Lucafo, Jimmy, Neil (Erin), Jaclyn (Dominic) Colella, Mary Kate, Sam, Sarah, Cole and Luke. Great grandfather of Leo, Rosemary, and Liam. Dear brother of the late Dominick (the late Carmella) Pipolo and the late James Pipolo. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Joseph was an avid hockey fan and loved to watch his grandsons play. He will be cheering for his beloved Chicago Blackhawks from heaven. Joseph was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Italian American Police Association and the Retired Chicago Police Association. Visitation Wednesday, January 22, 2025, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Thursday, January 23, 2025, Chapel Prayers 8:45 am from Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S 71st Ave. Tinley Park, IL to St. Alexander Church, 7025 W 126th St, Palos Heights, IL, Mass 10:00 am. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
