Cherished grandfather of Bryan, Luke Sulzen; Thomas, Ashley, Kylie Pacholski; Justin and Callan Jolivette. Dearest brother of Nancy Mulligan and Robert (Denise) Jolivette. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
Joe was a dedicated Trustee for the Village of Alsip for 24 years.
He was a longtime Member of Plumbers Union Local 130.
