Joseph DeSantis, Jr.,age 77, passed away on March 8, 2016, beloved husband of 53 years to the late Stephanie A. DeSantis, nee Sloan. Loving father of Susan (John) Buenger and Mimi (Alky) Pahis. Cherished grandfather of Sydney, Tori, and Adam. Dear brother of David (Darlene) DeSantis. Fond brother-in-law of Pat (Don) Macaulay, Forrest Sloan, and Richard (Diane) Sloan. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Joseph was a U.S. Army Reservist. He was retired from Kirby School District 140. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Julie Billiart Church, 7399 W. 159th St. Tinley Park, IL to remember Joseph and his wife Stephanie who passed away on February 20, 2015.
