Jose Camarena

Jose Luis Camarena, age 64, beloved companion and best friend of Carmen Torres. Loving father of Michael, Matthew and the late Jose Camarena. Dear step-father of Jessica (Pepe) Silva, Krystle (Mike) Salamone, Stephan Torres, and William Sorge. Proud grandfather of Michael Xavier Camarena, Emily McCailyn Camarena, Marissa Munoz, Nathan Torres, Nicholas Gonzalez, Avianna Lopez and Gianna Salamone. Devoted son of Loreto Galvan Camarena and the late Carmen Camarena. Dear brother of Manuel (Eva) Camarena, Saul (Maria) Camarena, Ruben Camarena, Gloria (Mariano) Camarena, Adrian Camarena, Yolanda (Rodrigo) Gonzales, Carmela (Memo) Munoz and Lucia Camarena.

Jose enjoyed taking care of his garden and walking his best friend "Buddy". His passion was woodworking and repairing furniture. Jose was an outdoorsman who enjoyed visiting Oklahoma, fishing and cooking. He was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.

Visitation Sunday, May 28, 2023 from 3-8 PM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL 60462.
