Sheridan, 65, retired Cook County Sheriff's Police officer.  Beloved husband of Colleen (nee Duffy).  Devoted father of; Melissa (Brandon) Zsido, Sean (Julia) and Matthew (Emily).  Dearest grandfather of; Charlotte, Gracelynn and Wrenlee. Fond uncle of Adam and Cole. Visitation Wednesday, March 6th, 3-8pm at the Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S. 71st Ave., Tinley Park. Funeral Thursday, with all attendees to meet directly at St. George Catholic Church, 6707 W. 175th St., Tinley Park. for a 10:00am Mass.  Interment private.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to PAWS of Tinley Park appreciated.
