Proud grandpa of Anthony, Anna, Gwendolyn, Liam, Jordan, Joel, Tahra and Jahziah. Dear uncle of Jaclynn, Jennifer, Nadine, Donald, Richard & John Gustafson, Leila, Ali and Miriam Yousef. Jay was preceded in death by his brother Richard Gustafson and his parents Donald and Mary Lou Gustafson. Visitation Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4:00 pm until time of Funeral Service, 8:00 pm at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S 71st Ave., Tinley Park. Cremation will be private
