Mr. John W. Crumback Jr.

Mr. John W. Crumback Jr. 66, (suddenly), late of Midlothian, formerly of Tinley Park.  Beloved son of the late John Sr. and the late Betty Lou (nee' Nelson).  Cherished husband of Natalie (nee' Long).  Loving brother of; Ellie (John) James and the late Carolyn.  Fond uncle of; Nicole, Heather, William Jasmont, Erin Long, Nicola and Benjamin James.  John was an unselfish person who was always first to help a friend, neighbor or stranger in need.  He was an avid motorcyclist, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.  Visitation Sunday, May 22nd, from 3-8 pm, with a Chapel Memorial Service at 6pm , Pastor Jamie Deuser, Officiant.  Private family interment Fairmount-Willow Hills Cemetery, Willow Springs, Pastor Donna Mason, Officiant.  Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S. 71st Ave. Tinley Park.  Info: 708 781 9212.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mr. Crumback's name to TInley Park P.A.W.S.  or the Misericordia Home in Chicago appreciated.
