Joanne C. (Johnson) Bennett

Joanne C. Bennett   December 24th, 1948 – April 15th 2021 Joanne C. Bennett, (nee Johnson) 72, late of Tinley Park formerly of Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood, passed away on April 15th, 2021.  Cherished wife of Bradley Bennett; Devoted mother of Jennifer (Jeff), Brian, Jeffrey (Amy), Jason (Kelsey) and Laura (Scott) Bennett.  Loving sister of James Johnson.  Dearest grandmother of Jackson, Samuel, Lucille and Stella.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Joanne was an extremely unselfish person who would do anything for anyone, adhered to a very regimented routine, and was a faithful and active member of St. George Catholic Church.  She enjoyed bowling, pampering her beloved cats and admired ladybugs. Visitation Tuesday, April 20th, from 3-8 pm at the Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S. 71st Ave. Tinley Park.  Funeral Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. prayers at the funeral home processing to St. George Church for an 11:30 a.m. Mass.  Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorial to Tinley Park P.
