Joan E. "Saint Joan" nee Terhesh, age 79, beloved wife of William R. Thompson. Devoted mother of Suzanne (Mark Raymond) Doyle and Daniel Thompson. Proud grandmother of Griffin Doyle, Brooke, Allison and Maddox Thompson. Loving sister of Loretta Montgomery and Steven (late Joanne) Terhesh. Dear aunt of John Terhesh, Steven Terhesh and Jay Montgomery.

Joan enjoyed spending the past 40 years at their lake house in Sister Lakes, MI on Dewey Lake. She was a very caring, very loving, fun, beautiful soul. Joan attended every single sporting event of her grandson Griffin and loved every minute of it--often showing up early.
