Joan L. Mowery

Joan L. Mowery, nee Brunell, age 81, passed away suddenly on July 29, 2010 and her beloved husband of 60 years Cecil H. Mowery,age 85, WWII Army Veteran, passed away suddenly July 27, 2010. Loving parents of David (Karen) Mowery, Debbie (Dean) Hara, and Dan (fiancée Melanie) Mowery. Dear grandparents of Danielle Mowery, Erin (Paul) Anderson, Jim Hara, Joe Hara, Nicole (Mike) Molinari, Dan Mowery, and the late John Mowery. Dearest great-grandparents of Roma Molinari. Cecil was the fond brother of Ida Jillson. Cecil was a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools for over 30 years. He retired in 1987 as an assistant principal for Gresham Elementary School. Joan was a retail clerk for Yum Yum Tree Children’s Clothing Store. Visitation Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 12:00 Noon. Cremations private.
