Jan (Olson) Bruozis

Jan Bruozis, 83, late of Tinley Park, formerly of Glen Ellyn, Winfield, Downers Grove, Plymouth, Mn., Bloomfield Hills, Mi., Moline, Chesterfield, Mo., San Francisco, Ca., Park Ridge and Chicago.  Beloved daughter of Lowell and Lauretta (née Olson).  Devoted mother of Beth, Eric (Jessica) and Drew (Andrea).  Loving sister of Greta and Bobbie (John) Sweeney.  Dearest grandmother of Emily, Isabel, Alexandria, Chandler, Katie and Mimi.  Fond aunt of many cherished nieces and nephews.  She was a 38 year cancer survivor, enjoyed reading (especially thrillers with serial killers), loved her Reeses and Baby Ruth bars, her favorite places to visit were Copper Harbor, London, England, and wherever her family was.  Visitation Friday, 8:30-10:00am.  Mass 10:30 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 151st and Wolf Rd, Orland Park.  Interment Good Shepherd. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Tinley Park Fire Dept. appreciated.
