James M. "Jim" McLay, age 84, US Army Veteran, beloved husband for 44 years to the late Mary K. McLay, nee Kearns (2021). Loving step-father of Mary Frances (Paul) Tilton, Rosemary (Terrence) Heynen, Dan Hudon, Michael (late Cindy) Hudon, Francis (Lynn) Hudon and the late Thomas (Christina) Hudon. Cherished Grandpa Jim of Martin (Margaret) Tilton, Norah (Jeff) Russo, Erin Hudon, Matthew Hudon, Colleen (fiancé Jordan DeYoung) Hudon, Kriston (Chris) Zegar, and George (Sarah) Kurelic. Dearest great-grandpa of five.

Visitation Friday, April 12, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment private Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
