Jacob H. "Jack" Rusthoven, age 81, U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Margaret C. Rusthoven, nee Michaelis (1985). Loving father of Kimberly VanderWall, Kenneth (Kathy) Rusthoven and Brian (Jodi) Rusthoven. Cherished grandfather of Roy VanderWall III, Andrew VanderWall, Katie (Steve) Vollbrecht, Kelly VanderWall (Steven Moore) and Jake Richerme. Dearest great-grandfather of Kurt and Payton. Dear brother of Ann (late Herb) Breitbarth, Dan (Jean) Rusthoven, Jerry (Betty) Rusthoven and the late Harold (Carol) Rusthoven.
