Ida V. Boss, nee Deckinga, age 95, beloved wife for 67 years to the late Raymond A. Boss, Sr. (2016). Loving mother of Raymond Jr. (Beth) Boss, Dave (Kathy) Boss, Lynne (the late John) Huiner and the late Sharon (Bob) Bulthuis. Cherished grandmother of Laura (Tim) Krooswyk, Lisa (Rob) Kenney, Jeff (Lisa) Bulthuis; Beth (Dusty) Behringer, Sarah Boss, Kimberly Boss; John Huiner, Rachel Huiner, Dan Huiner; David (Sue) Boss, Josh (Ami) Boss, and Jake (Alicia) Boss. Dearest great-grandmother of 30. Dear sister of Arthur (Lorraine) Deckinga, Derk (Jan) Deckinga, Marilyn (Bill) Van Howe and the late Jennie (late Clarence) Laning, Claus "Bud" (late Alice) Deckinga, Hank (Dena) Deckinga, Tracy (late Peter) Herlein, John "Dub" (Marilyn) Deckinga and Peter (Yvonne) Deckinga. Fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 1:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL.
