Howard L. Vander Meer, age 89, WWII US Army Veteran, beloved husband for 66 years to Betty, nee Pankey. Loving father of Douglas (Judy), Wayne (Colette), and Kimberly (Thomas) Tysse. Cherished grandfather of eight, great-grandfather of nine, and great-great grandfather of one. Preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.
