Herman Dean Cress, age 85, beloved husband for over 61 years to Joan M., nee Meyer. Loving father of Karen (James) Ward and Kenneth Dean Cress. Cherished grandfather of Michael, John, Joseph, Annemarie, Natalie and Collin. Dearest brother of Norma (late George) King. Devoted son of the late Hoyt and Louise Cress. Dear son-in-law of the late John and Marie Meyer. Fond brother-in-law of Jack Meyer. Dean was a proud 50 year member of the Chicago Midwest Meat Association.

Memorial Visitation Friday, January 13, 2017 at Christ Lutheran Church, 14700 S. 94th Ave., Orland Park, IL 60462 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:00 a.m.
