Henry "Hank" De Vries

Henry "Hank" De Vries, age 90, US Army Veteran, beloved husband for 65 years to the late Carol A. De Vries, nee Schreiber (2024). Loving father of Pamela A. (Dennis Jr.) Altgilbers, Beverly A. (Heriberto "Ed" Jr.) Nicasio and Henry A. "Butch" De Vries. Cherished grandfather of Alexis and D.J.; Matthew and Jessica; Noah, Zachary and Aubrey. Dear brother of the late William, the late Rudolph and the late Jean.

Hank retired from August Sievers & Sons Excavating, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. He also served his community by driving a bus for Worth Township, providing transportation for seniors and volunteering at Operation Blessing Food Pantry.

Visitation Monday, July 14, 2025 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 10:00AM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
