Helen V. Kuzel

Helen V. Kuzel, nee Gudmundson, age 84, passed away with her family by her side on Sunday April 28, 2013. Helen was the beloved wife for 58 years to the late Frank J. "Buz" Kuzel. Loving mother of John (Acco), Paul (Sharon), Gary (Patty), and the late Laura S. Kuzel. Adored grandmother of Molly, Caroline and Katy. Devoted daughter of the late Elsa (nee Kristofferson) and Ivar Gudmundson. Dear sister of the late Janet (Jim) Kirpec. Cherished aunt of many nieces and nephews. Helen was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She adored her grandchildren and made them feel loved every single day. She had a kind heart and loved her family and many friends. Her heart was broken twice with the passing of her daughter Laura over a decade before her and then the passing of her beloved husband Frank a year ago... Helen and Buz are back together again forever. A Memorial Service for Helen will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at All Saints Lutheran Church, 13350 S. LaGrange Rd., Orland Park, IL 60462. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Heartland Children's Home c/o All Saints Lutheran Church preferred.
