Harlan E. Fissel, age 81, beloved husband for 16 years to Linda, nee Slager. Loving father of Paige (Rick) Zeitlow and Jennifer (Dennis) Rexroat. Dear brother-in-law of Robert (late Beverly) Slager and Nancy (Ed) Kawa. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Harlan was a retired credit manager for Material Service.
