George M. Boerema, age 90, late of Conover, WI formerly of Orland Park, IL. WWII U.S. Army Veteran. Beloved husband for 68 years to Audrey, nee Kennedy. Loving father of Sandra (Ted) Beringer, Sharryl (Pat) Hagerman, Susan (George) Rosier, John Boerema, Joyce (Brad) Peterson, Jennifer (Lue) Toro and Marcia (Ronald) Vander Laan. Cherished grandfather of 28. Dearest great-grandfather of nine. Dear brother of the late Marvin (Klazena) and the late Wayne (late Marguerite).
Visitation Friday, January 19, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Following the luncheon, a Committal Service with Military Honors will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
