Frederick W. "Fred" Sytsma, age 74, beloved husband of the late Barbara "Babs", nee Oswald. Loving father of Kristine (Jason) Miller, Eric (Tracy) Sytsma, and Adam Sytsma. Cherished grandfather of Courtney and Carrie; Ian, Jacob, and Lily; Nicholas and Noah. Dear brother of John Sytsma, Carol Akers, Robert Sytsma, and the late Terry Sytsma.

Visitation Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 4-8 PM. Funeral Service Friday, May 14, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL To uphold safety guidelines all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
