Frank Svara

Frank L. Svara, age 88, U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. Beloved husband for 58 years to the late Irene T., nee Lis (2014). Loving father of Terri (Michael) O'Donnell and Cynthia (Michael) Boyle. Cherished grandfather of Timothy, Jonathan (Flori), Shana, Matthew and Jeffrey. Dear brother of Ronald (Patricia) Svara and the late Lorraine (late Bruno) Seskauskas. Dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Frank worked for American National Can for 35 years. He was the Director of Payroll, Director of Payroll Taxes and Human Resources. He served in the Army as a Corporal of the Military Police during the Korean War (3/1/1953 - 2/28/55).

Visitation Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service 7:00 p.m. at Colonial Chapel, 15525 S. 73rd Ave. (155th/Wheeler Dr. & Harlem) Orland Park, IL. Burial will be private at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
