Frank E. Pernal

Frank E Pernal, 69 of Chicago, IL, passed away at home under hospice care on April 2, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. He attended Peck Elementary, Gage Park High School and received his bachelors degree at Northern Illinois University. He had his own accounting/tax business for most of his career. His favorite past time of late was playing video poker. He is survived by his loving sister, Arlene and his beloved life partner, Chelon Nehring .He is preceded in death by his mother, Sophie Smith and his brother, Edward W. Smith Jr.  Due to these unprecedented times and the health/safety of all, a celebration of his life will be held at a future date when all can safely gather to celebrate Franks life.
