Frances E. Schinske

Frances E. “Toots” Schinske, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, February 3rd surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren. She will be missed by her beloved husband of 71 years, Norman. Loving mother of Carol (Dave) Olson, Barbara (the late Robert) Gall, and Norman (Rita) Schinske. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 12. Dear sister of James and Richard Bischoff and the late Mary Gastel, Arthur Bischoff, Doris Gerhardt, Ronald Bischoff, and Joyce DelMonte. Dearest aunt of many nieces and nephews. She will be forever in our hearts and is now our guardian angel.
