Dear uncle of Nick Ortiz, Regina (Ron) Anderson, and Danny Ortiz; Brian (Kristen) Ortiz and Peter (Annie) Ortiz; Tonya (Jerry) Saam and Tyler Graczyk; Talitha Ortiz and Tonah Ortiz. Dearest great-uncle of eight. Preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Pearl Ortiz.
