Eleanore Masson, nee Graczyk, age 92, beloved wife for 72 years to the late John H. Masson (2025). Loving mother of Pamela Masson, John P. "Jack" (Marcella) Masson, Colleen (Michael) Ethington. Proud grandmother of Nicole (Eddie) Wieder, Matthew Masson, Kevin Masson, Emily (Mike Frieberg) Flores, Lorenzo (fiancé Kelly McGinty) Flores, Madelyn (Kyle Christensen) Ethington, and Sarah (Justin) Meyer. Dearest great-grandmother of Declan and Killian Wieder; Jacob, Lilith, Delany Masson; and Sophie Flores. Preceded in death by her siblings Tom (late Kay) Graczyk, Sally (late Chuck) Bunza, Benny (late Bernice) Graczyk, Al (late Loretta) Graczyk, Channy Graczyk and Joe (late Sophie) Graczyk. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Eleanore enjoyed cooking and barbequing for her family. An avid entertainer, she brightened every gathering with laughter, hospitality and thoughtful touches. Eleanore was a devoted gardener, tending flowers and vegetables with care and pride. She cherished the time spent at her Michigan cottage on Indian Lake, where sunsets and shoreline mornings offered peace and joy. An enthusiastic garage sale aficionado, she delighted in hunting for bargains and the stories behind each find.

Mass 11:00 AM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
