Eleanor Grabiec

Eleanor C. Grabiec, nee Szybowski, age 98, beloved wife of the late Joseph P. Kus (1974) and the late Frank S. Grabiec. Loving mother of Cynthia (Rocky Lange) Miller and Susan (Gary) Gow. Dear step-mother of William Grabiec and Connie (late Jim) Boinski. Cherished grandmother of James (Mariza) Boinski, Lisa (fiancé John Benedetto) Chasteen and the late Stefanie Boinski. Dearest great-grandmother of Alexander and Eliana Boinski; and Preston Chasteen. Dear sister of the late Helen (late John) Szott, John (late Rose) Szybowski, Stanley (Louise) Szybowski, Mary (late Charles) Formanek, Pauline (late Frank) Budka and Clara (late George) Kaduk. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Eleanor loved Bingo, was an avid Cubs fan, and was a good cook and baker. She was a great Momma. In her younger years she was a good athlete and was affectionately known at "Auntie Butch".

Visitation on Monday, February 19, 2024 at All Saints Lutheran Church, 13350 S. LaGrange Rd., Orland Park, IL from 9:30AM - 11:00AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00AM. Burial will be private at Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to All Saints Lutheran Church are appreciated.
