Memorial Service Tuesday, March 13, 2012 11:00 a.m. at Grace Community Christian Reformed Church, 10415 S. Kedvale Ave., Oak Lawn, IL 60453 with Rev. Neal Punt officiating. Interment Tuesday, March 13, 2012 9:30 a.m. at Fairmount-Willow Hills Cemetery, (95th St. & 104th Ave.) Willow Springs, IL. Dorothy worked as a secretary for Rheem Manufacturing for 35 years. Although she was never blessed with children of her own, Dorothy had a great love for young kids (as witnessed by the many photos of great nieces and nephews that covered her refrigerator door). In lieu of flowers, a gift to Mission India’s Children’s Bible Clubs would be greatly appreciated. Each single dollar contributed will sponsor the attendance of a young boy or girl at a daily Bible Club in their village for a full two weeks. Sometimes, through the grace of God, a Bible Club kid will get his or her whole family to come to church. We’ll be praying for some of these blessings to happen to “Dorothy’s Kids.” Mail to Mission India, P.O. Box 141312, Grand Rapids, MI 49514. Another of Dorothy’s favorite charities was Moody Radio. Dorothy was a widow for over 36 years and received a lot of comfort listening to WMBI. Mail donations to Moody Radio, 820 N. LaSalle, Chicago, IL 60610.
