Donald W. Jacobs

Donald Jacobs of Posen, Illinois died suddenly of natural causes on June 15, 2021, at age 73. Don is survived by his wife Dolly Jacobs, his daughters, Kathy O'Connor (Mark), Julie Erickson (Dan), Susie Jacobs, his son Tom Jacobs (Natasha), his granddaughters Rebecca, Brittney, Ashlie, Amber, grandson Logan, his brothers, Tim Jacobs (the late Trisha) and Bill Jacobs (Judy), his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. His multiple godchildren affectionately referred to him as "the Godfather."

Memorial mass Saturday August 7th, 1:00 p.m. at St. Stanislaus Church,  14414 McKinley Ave Posen, IL 60469

It’s informal-we are wearing Chicago Bears attire to honor him.

Following that will be a luncheon 2-5pm at the Posen Civic Center 14401 Campbell Ave Posen, IL 60469.
