Donald A. “Don” Dascenzo. age 79, U.S. Air Force Veteran, went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 18, 2025. Husband of the late Lynnea M. “Lynn” Dascenzo, nee Stark (2018). Loving father of Joseph (Sarah) Dascenzo and David (Margret) Dascenzo. Cherished grandfather of Micah (Jenna), Jeremiah, Noah (Abby) and AanElyse and great-grandfather of Lore and Elliot. Dear brother of Johanna Rhodes, uncle to Chris Rhodes, Pam Kula, Doug Keim, Cheri Zurawski, and Kim McCann.
Don will always be remembered for his strong faith in the Lord. He was the primary caregiver to Lynn, who struggled with Multiple Sclerosis.
Burial private with full Military Honors will happen at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
