David Perry

David Marshall Perry, age 61, beloved son of the late James H. and Jewell (nee Dodd) Perry. Loving brother of James F. (Tammye) Perry and Jonathan (Tammy) Perry. Cherished uncle of Whitney, Haley, and Rebecca Perry. Dearest great-uncle of Jamie, Meila, and Logan, and great-great uncle of Kambri. Dear nephew of Sue (Alan) Peterson and Cindy (Steven) Smith. Loving cousin to many. He will be missed by his Park Lawn family as well.

David, was a beloved individual whose vibrant spirit brought joy to many. A devoted fan of the Three Stooges, he loved imitating Curly's iconic sounds and gestures, showcasing his great sense of humor. Music, especially The Beatles, filled his life with happiness, often enjoyed through his headphones. He loved the playful moments when Dyla, his brother Jon's dog, would lick his face.

Deeply spiritual, David cherished his time at church and held his Bible close. He valued his independence and was known for his warm hugs and unconditional love for family and friends. A longtime resident of Park Lawn Service, he actively participated in bowling and the Special Olympics, earning many medals.

David's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Additional visitation Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Christ Community Church, 13400 Bell Road, Lemont, IL from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Interment Fairmount-Willow Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Willow Springs, IL.
